Drumroll, Please. . .

I know, I am such a tease! It's kind of been a slow week here in pregnancy land, pretty much the same old, same old. Swollen feet, achey back, interrupted sleep - all so worth it, but quite boring to blog about and I'm sure even more so to read about. So I am definitely stretching the events of this past weekend to their fullest.

Without further ado, here is the nursery tour video!

Looks fantastic! I can't have the sound on at work (without your lovely voice being heard by my co-workers) so I'll have to check it out again tonight.

Did you get any room darkening shades for your windows, or will you need to? We have the same blinds that you do in our nursery room, from what it looks like. Since the room is at the southeast corner of the house, it's bright all day. Everyone is telling me to get a room darkening shade for behind the blind, but I don't know. Just curious if you did or if you were worried about it.

Ha ha! Loved your comment on the little diapers... and while it's hard to believe how small they are, it's even harder to believe that your baby will probably be swimming in those diapers!

Yay!!! Can't wait to see HIM now! LOVE the decorations. I really love the moon and stars above the closet the best!

Katie, I love how everything turned out. You guys did a great job. The stars on the curtains are so neat.

I guess it is just standard to have a dog as a permanent fixture in the nursery. We try to keep the door closed because if we don't one of ours will be in there constantly. SO it is nice to know that other people have permanent dog fixtures in their as well.

The nursery looks wonderful!! I loved the video tour. The theme is so perfect and you have some really great wall art and decals. Love all the little baby shoes, so precious.

LOL, little Jack definitely looks a bit down.

Everything is SOOOO adorable! You did such a great job! Fantastic.

I love that Jack likes hanging out in there. Gus is the same way.

We got room darkening blinds, and they are wonderful (to second what Alison said.) I'm sure they'll come in handy when we move on to sleep training (if you're considering doing that...)

Love the nursery! Doesn't it feel so good to be prepped and ready? As for everyone saying he won't wear any of his little clothes, that was so not true for me. I had him out of his pj's and into his little outfits from day 1 out of the hospital. I just felt better if a) I was out of MY pj's by noon and b) he was too. In those first days/weeks when everything is crazy overwhelming, it just makes you feel more human.

Now back to feeding my little man...

Can't wait to meet yours in pics once he appears :)

So cute! I need to do a nursery video too. We are doing the big organization thing this weekend so I'm hoping that by Monday it will look all cute and photo-ready.
