We'd sometimes head to closer truck stops to meet him for lunch or something. And I'd run table to table, all blonde and blue and hyper and talkative.

And tell everyone "my daddy is a trucker".

Only I couldn't say "trucker".

My tr's were f's.

So ... yeah ... She taught her kids to say caca instead of poop. Her little boy shortened caca to "cac", which, as we all know, is pronounced "cock". Well, 3 year old boys apparently have a fascination with poop and any word that refers to poop. Poop is funny, or in this case, cac is funny. So funny that he loves to say "Mommy, you like cac", "I eat cac", "My cac is stinky", etc. And of course, he loves to say those things in public. I'm sure you can imagine how mortified my friend is!Elise Fordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04052256787031109127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6490746375774981338.post-84230259692550292362009-10-27T10:28:11.297-07:002009-10-27T10:28:11.297-07:00Hahaha... that's hilarious. Now that's a fun one... :)

We used Fisher Price doodle pros to work on numbers, shapes, letters, etc around 15-16 months and they learned them so well (and doesn't burn up all your crafty construction paper). Now we use magnetic letters on a chalkboard and thanks to the great-grandparents' daily influence on the twins, they spell out their name every single place possible. Sometimes convenient, mostly not.GibsonTwinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09328776587709357686noreply@blogger.com
